How To Remove Hair From The Face And Body With This Ancient Recipe

How To Remove Hair From The Face And Body With This Ancient Recipe

These ancient recipes will help you to remove that embarrassing hair that you have on your face and body.
After a few months of using this first remedy, the hair on your face and body parts will completely disappear.
First you will want to take a full palm nut shells and burn them. Then, put the ashes in water and let it stand for 12 hours. Then soak gauze in the water and place it on the body parts that you want to remove hair.
Repeat this procedure several times a day, and hold the gauze for about 30 minutes.
In a few weeks, you will get rid of the hair on your face and body.
Ancient Egyptian Art of Body Sugaring
Body sugaring is a method for removing body hair that is a cheap, homemade alternative to waxing (or shaving). The theory behind body sugaring is that the hair is removed by the root, and when it grows back there will be less of it, and it will be softer and not stubbly as it is if a razor had been used.
Body sugaring is done by making a paste of sugar, water, and lemon juice that has been heated to the softball candy stage.
After you have let the paste cool enough so that it won’t burn, you spread it on your skin, cover it with cotton strips of cloth, and then rip the cloth off like one does a bandage. Most find sugaring less painful than waxing.
Due to many requests from readers for this recipe, I have looked hard for what I have finally found and give you here, what I think is the best formula:
INGREDIENTS
2 cups sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup water
Equipment: Candy thermometer
Combine the ingredients in a heavy saucepan, and heat on low using a candy thermometer. Watch the mixture very carefully so that it doesn’t boil over. Heat the mixture to 250 F on the candy thermometer; this is the hardball candy stage.
Remove from the heat and let cool enough to pour into a jar without breaking or melting the jar. (Note that this jar will be reheated in the future. Make sure it is safe for whatever form of reheating you plan to do—in the microwave, or in a pan of water.
Rip clean cotton fabric in 1-inch strips. Make sure the cotton isn’t too coarsely woven.
This next step is very critical: Let the mixture cool enough so that it won’t burn your skin. The first time I did this I didn’t let the blend cool enough and I burned myself! Test the mixture on the palm of your hand, knowing that is much tougher than the sensitive skin under your arms.
Using a dull knife or Popsicle stick, spread the cooled sugar onto your skin. Cover with the cloth strips, let set for a few minutes, and then rip off quickly as you would a bandage.

Trouble falling asleep? Try onions

05:52     How to posts     No comments

Tough time falling asleep? According to the Stanford Center for Sleep Sciences and Medicine, nearly 1 in 10 adults in the United States suffers from insomnia. Insomnia can cause a lot of health problems. We need to have good quality sleep at night to function fully during the day.
Eating  and smelling onions can make a person sleepy. This is because onions  are rich in L-tryptophan, which is an amino acid that is a natural sedative.
L-tryptophan is one of the ten essential amino acids the body cannot make on its own, but we can only get it through food. There is a great research on L-Tryptophan to confirm that it improves sleep quality.
L-Tryptophan is necessary  in the creation of melatonin and serotonin, two neurotransmitters necessary for good sleep. These two hormones work together: melatonin regulates your body’s circadian rhythm while serotonin informs your brain that it’s time to sleep. The end result – falling back asleep fast!

Trouble falling asleep? Try onion Jar Cure.

Onion jar cure has been around for years, and for some people is often quite effective. The Chinese used onions in food therapy because onions have the ability to relax muscles, and may consequently help to relieve an underlying cause of insomnia.

Method :

The Basic Onion Jar Cure

  • To try the basic onion jar cure for insomnia, simply slice up any kind of medium-sized onion, and put the slices in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Prior to bedtime, inhale the vapors in the jar for as long as comfortably possible. Re-cap the jar, and you should fall asleep within fifteen minutes. Keep this jar by your bed, so you can inhale the onion vapors as needed throughout the night if you wake up.

Modified Version of the Onion Cure for Insomnia

  • For another version of the onion cure, dice a medium sized onion into very fine pieces. Boil one liter of water in a pan, remove from heat, and put the diced onion pieces into the boiling water. Let the mixture steep for about five minutes, until the water has cooled. Add five drops of honey to one teaspoon of the onion water, and drink this mixture. The onion water mixed with honey should help you fall asleep faster. You may store the onion water in the refrigerator for use the next few nights.

Your birth order can shape your destiny! Know how

05:24     How to posts     No comments

How your birth order can tell about your personality
Your birth order can really affect your personality. We all know these 4 stereotypes when it comes to birth order personalities; the only child always have trouble in sharing his or her feeling, the oldest child is always bossy, the youngest ones are naughty and spoilt and the middle – well the middle is stuck in the middle. So read on to find out truth behind birth order differences.
Birth order does matter
According to some researchers, your birth order is as important as gender and genetics. No two children can ever take the same role, because parents are different with each of their children. For example, if you are responsible the care taking child, then that role is taken and your sibling will take another role in the family, perhaps that of the achiever.
Parents are different with each child
If you think about it, firstborn children enter a family of adults who are proud of their every progress and frightened by every potential injury. The child caught in the middle is often dominated by the firstborn, who is older, wiser and more competent. By the time the baby arrives, parents are usually worn down, worn out and less likely to micro-manage. By now, they have become be more flexible in both attention and discipline.

Oldest Children

Firstborns are natural leaders. They also tend to be reliable, conscientious and perfectionists who don’t like surprises. Although, firstborns are typically aggressive, many are also compliant people pleasers. They are model children who have a strong need for approval from anyone in charge. With mum and dad gushing over every firstborn, older children are often more motivated to achieve, a trait enhanced by the fact that they don’t have older siblings making fun of them as they try new things.

Character traits of a first born

Taking the lead from their parents, they like taking charge and want everything to be just right. This may also mean they struggle to admit when they are wrong. Intriguingly, every astronaut to go into space has been the oldest child in his or her family. And throughout history, more than half of all Nobel Prize winners and US presidents have been first born. Another characteristic of first-borns is caution and aversion to risk. They’re the least likely to travel or be physically daring.

Middle Children

Middle children often believe their elder siblings are given all the advantages and that the babies of the family are spoilt. In response, they are often good negotiators, have realistic expectations and tend to be the most independent. And because they are often without a clear role in the family lineup, they build bridges to other sources of support and tend to have good people skills. They are the most difficult to pin down. They are guaranteed to be opposite of their older sibling.

Character traits of the second born

Because the middle child feels that the world pays him less attention, he tends to be secretive; he does not openly share his thoughts or feelings. They can usually read people well, they are peacemakers who see all sides of a situation, and they are independent and inventive. If a firstborn is a company’s CEO, the middle child is the entrepreneur. Other traits common to middle children include: Less likely to act out or misbehave, Team players, Peer-oriented, independent and cooperative.

Youngest Children

Contrary to the popular belief, being the youngest isn’t all fun and games because last-borns view their elder siblings as faster, stronger, bigger and smarter, they tend to adopt an ‘I’ll show them’ attitude. They can often be rebellious. And as the baby of the family they can be a little spoilt and very charming – and they are usually the most creative. Babies of the family are social and outgoing, they are the most financially irresponsible of all birth orders. They just want to have a good time.

Character traits of the last born

The youngest child does not have either the pressures of the oldest child or the “left out” feeling of middle child. Many last-borns choose a completely different path to their older siblings to avoid direct competition. While lastborns may be charming, they also have the potential to be manipulative, spoiled or babied to the point of helplessness. Traits that researchers commonly find in youngest children: charming, affectionate, immature, more agreeable, rebellious, empathetic, artistic, persistent, popular, social, confident, attention-loving, impatient, manipulative.

Only Child

Only children share very similar characteristics to firstborns and frequently shoulder parents’ high expectations. He can have a more driven personality than even a firstborn. He may be described like a firstborn (well-organized, reliable, conscientious, serious, and conservative) to an extra degree. The urge for perfection may develop into a tendency to be critical of himself and others. They are also likely to use their imagination more than other children, and usually get along better with people older than themselves.
